2024

SparkFlex is an innovative ACL rehabilitation system that integrates smart wearable devices, a mobile app, and a doctor portal, providing personalized support for patients while enhancing the efficiency of doctor-patient interaction.

All PROJECT

Low Patient Adherence: Many patients lack motivation and consistency during home rehabilitation, leading to incomplete or improper training.

Lack of Personalized Feedback: Patients struggle to determine whether their rehabilitation movements are correct or meeting recovery goals, affecting outcomes and safety.

Limited Interaction Between Doctors and Patients: Doctors face challenges in monitoring patient progress or adjusting plans in real-time, and rehabilitation guidance often lacks continuity.

Fear of Re-injury: Many patients feel insecure during rehabilitation, worrying that improper movements could lead to re-injury, further reducing their willingness and efficiency in training.

Problem

This solution establishes an integrated ACL rehabilitation system through smart wearable devices, a patient mobile app, and a professional doctor portal. The wearable devices monitor knee stability and movement accuracy in real-time, providing instant feedback, while the mobile app offers personalized rehabilitation plans, progress tracking, and training guidance. The doctor portal supports remote monitoring and plan adjustments. This system delivers an efficient, safe, and personalized rehabilitation experience, effectively connecting patients with healthcare providers.
